We raise our employees awareness and we work based on environment preservation, along with supporting various social and cultural projects. Our set of social responsibility practices has been given a silver medal by EcoVadis, an evaluation platform for Corporate Social Responsability, which demonstrates the development and evolution of socio-environmental issues within the company. This sentence describes what Vipal understands by ethics. For this reason and to formalize the posture adopted by our company since its foundation, the Code of Ethics and Conduct has been established. The document highlights the carefulness towards well-being, safety, justice and transparency in relations with stakeholders. Maintaining a healthy work and business environment, which people are proud to be part of, is a priority for Vipal.

Vipal Rubber introduced the cold cure technique in Brazil and was also the first Brazilian company in the tire retreading sector to achieve ISO 9002 certification in 1995. Today we have ISO 9001: 2015 certification, which defines requirements to guarantee quality standards in order to seek customer satisfaction and the continuous improvement of companies.

Aware of all accidents can be avoided and that we are all responsible for their prevention, we are committed to:

° Ensuring that no work is performed without proper evaluation of the Health and Safety aspects for the employees or service providers. With neither urgency, importance or other status being invoked to justify non-compliance with Occupational Health and Safety requirements.


° Ensuring that employees have the right to representation in the occupational safety departments and to the Internal Accident Prevention Commission.


° Ensuring that the employee and service providers have the right to refuse or interrupt an activity considered to be of serious and/or imminent risk to their safety and health and/or their co-workers.

Although Vipal has greatly evolved and expanded its scopeof practice, its goal has remained the same: to extend the service life of the tires. Sustainability is intrinsic to Vipal's business and it has been part of its DNA since its inception. Aware of our pledge in preserving the environment we are committed to:

IGUALDADE SALARIAL

Relatórios de transparência e igualdade salarial de mulheres e homens

O relatório ora publicado fora elaborado pelo Ministério do Trabalho e Emprego (MTE) e disponibilizado para a Empresa em 21/03/2024, tendo por base informações extraídas do sistema e-Social, relativas ao ano de 2022 e divulga informações considerando os 10 grandes grupos da CBO (Classificação Brasileira de Ocupações). A empresa, nos termos da lei nº 14.611/23, Decreto nº 11.795/23 e Portaria do MTE nº 3.714/23, está obrigada a replicar o referido documento fornecido pelo MTE, sem que lhe tenha sido oportunizado qualquer possibilidade de questionamento e ou contraditório.


  • O critério utilizado para consolidação dos dados pelo MTE, qual seja, os 10 grandes grupos da CBO, que aglutinam mais de 2600 ocupações / atividades diferentes, resulta em verdadeira distorção da pretendida avaliação de igualdade salarial, na medida em que a média de remuneração fora realizada com base nos grandes grupos, desconsiderando a peculiaridade de cada uma das funções ou cargos, nos quais, as remunerações diferem;
  • O levantamento pelo Ministério do Trabalho e Emprego não contempla as previsões especiais e específicas contidas em normas coletivas, nas legislações esparsas nem o regramento previsto no art. 461 da CLT, ou seja, não considera o tempo de trabalho em uma determinada função, não considera o tempo de trabalho na empresa, bem como não considera a produtividade e a perfeição técnica, o que impossibilita a correta avaliação acerca da existência de desigualdade salarial, na medida em que compara realidades totalmente diversas, seja de atividade, função, responsabilidade e/ou remuneração;
  • O critério de remuneração utilizado no relatório, que leva em consideração, por exemplo, as horas extraordinárias, igualmente distorce a avaliação de igualdade salarial, vez que não são consideradas para o cálculo a motivação do trabalho extra realizado por homens e/ou mulheres;
  • Por fim a empresa manifesta que a conclusão do relatório, em seu objetivo principal, não espelha a realidade da companhia, reforçando que cumpre a legislação em vigor e defende a igualdade salarial sem qualquer discriminação por motivo de sexo, raça, etnia, origem ou idade;
